The Dutch Mountaineering Federation puts a lot of effort in spreading out information about very specific topics, like group dynamics. This subject is important, an sometimes forgotten, for every climber or alpinist. It refers to dynamic between group members during troubling or succesful situations.
For this article was a whole new way of research necessary. I translated all the useful information I found in books and on the world wide web in ten different points, where I used examples of real situations to illustrate them. In that case, people would understand the psychological and physical problems or advantages better.
